PNW Foods Workshop

To celebrate Earth Day this year, we had a whole workshop centered on foods native to the Pacific Northwest. We picked Dungeness crab, pan seared Coho salmon, and learned about native forage-ables like spruce tips, fiddlehead ferns, and stinging nettle.
