To celebrate Earth Day this year, we had a whole workshop centered on foods native to the Pacific Northwest. We picked Dungeness crab, pan seared Coho salmon, and learned about native forage-ables like spruce tips, fiddlehead ferns, and stinging nettle.
While a more informational blog is coming soon, here are the recipes from our deep dive into foods of the PNW.
